Technical Assistance Scope:
HONGKONG ADHIVE LIMITED delivers technical assistance for the PixelPaws VPN software, focusing on resolving user issues concerning software installation, setup, and operation. Our services extend to email consultations and the provision of online documentation.

Requesting Assistance:
To initiate a technical support request, email us at meiman.chen@hkadhive.com. For efficient support, please detail the problem, specify your device type, and mention the operating system version.

Support Limitations:
While we endeavor to offer prompt and precise support, we do not warrant the resolution of every issue. Our support does not extend to in-depth troubleshooting of unrelated system or network problems, nor does it include app customization beyond the standard features.

Software Updates and Maintenance:
HONGKONG ADHIVE LIMITED periodically releases updates or performs maintenance for the PixelPaws VPN software. Users will be alerted to these updates, which may encompass enhancements, bug fixes, and security patches. The software, including its original content, features, and functionality, is the sole property of HONGKONG ADHIVE LIMITED and its licensors.

Termination:
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the software without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of these Conditions.
